1. Purpose of the Tool

This software is provided strictly for informational and individual use. It is designed to assist users in organizing, processing, and displaying data received through a broker’s API within Excel for personal analysis and execution convenience.   The tool does not generate market data, trading signals, or investment advice.

2. Data Accuracy & Source Disclaimer

All market data, order status, positions, and related information are sourced directly from the respective broker’s API.   Any errors, delays, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in such data are the sole responsibility of the broker or data provider.   The tool and its developer are not liable for incorrect or incomplete data.

3. API Dependency Disclaimer

The functionality of this tool depends on the API structure, access policies, and technical framework provided by the respective broker. Changes implemented by the broker—including, but not limited to, API modifications, access limitations, subscription requirements, or service discontinuation—may affect the availability, performance, or functionality of the tool. While reasonable efforts may be made to adapt the software to such changes where feasible, uninterrupted or continued functionality cannot be guaranteed, and the developer assumes no obligation to provide updates or modifications.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.   The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial loss, trading loss, data loss, or system downtime.   No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Independent Evaluation & Risk Disclosure

We are not financial advisors, brokers, or investment consultants.   This tool merely facilitates faster execution and data handling through a Python-based automation engine.   Users must independently evaluate all trades and are strongly advised to seek professional financial advice before making investment decisions.

6. Usage Restrictions & Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, redistributing, or creating derivative works of the software is strictly prohibited, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.  All Excel macros and internal logic are protected, and access to the VBA environment is intentionally restricted.

7. Indemnification

By using this tool, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the software.

8. Scope of License & Product Coverage

The tool is available for multiple market segments and strategies.   Each purchase grants access to only one specific segment or configuration.   Switching or transferring access between segments is not permitted after purchase.

9. Supported Order Types

Supported order types may include CNC, MIS, NRML, and AMO, subject to broker and exchange rules.

• CNC (Cash & Carry) is applicable only to Equity delivery trades.
  
  

• MIS (Margin Intraday Square-off) is applicable to Equity, Futures, and Options and is intended for intraday positions that must be squared off on the same trading day.

• NRML (Normal) is applicable to Futures and Options and allows positions to be carried forward until expiry, subject to margin requirements.

• AMO (After Market Order) allows orders to be placed outside regular market hours and may be used with applicable order types.
  
  

Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct order type in accordance with broker policies, exchange regulations, and product-specific rules.

10. Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified from time to time.  Any changes will be published on the official website and will take effect upon publication.    These Terms & Conditions apply to both evaluation and licensed versions of the software.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We respect your privacy. This software does not collect, store, transmit, or retain any personal, financial, or trading-related information on our servers.   All data processed by the tool—including market data, orders, and analysis—is handled locally on the user’s system. We do not have access to, visibility into, or control over such data.

2. Third-Party Services

The tool may interact with third-party services, such as broker or exchange APIs, solely to perform its intended functionality. Data exchanged with such services is governed by the respective third party’s privacy policy and terms of use. We are not responsible for the data handling, storage, or security practices of any third-party service.

3. Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are taken to ensure that the software operates securely. Passwords, API credentials, and sensitive authentication information are not stored in plain text and are not accessible to the developer. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, network connections, login credentials, and trading accounts.

4. No Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose user data to any third party.  Limited personal information (such as phone number, email address, and billing details) may be collected strictly for licensing, billing, and communication purposes only.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.   Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
